Where should I begin?  The past 4 weeks have been amazing, rich, exhausting, unexpected, and fruitful.  On May 31st, thirty-nine college students arrived in Orlando ready to develop new friendships, invest in the lives of their co-workers, share the message of the Gospel with them, and grow in their own personal relationship with the Lord.  How do we, as staff, create an environment that will help our students thrive and accomplish the vision of reaching the world for Christ?  By training and equipping them to share their faith, to naturally enter into conversations with others, deepen their understanding of God’s Word, and, ultimately, challenge them to walk in the power of the Spirit moment by moment.  The training we give them is designed to be very transferable.  Our students can quickly apply what we’re teaching them because they work full-time at Walt Disney World with 8,000 college interns from around the world.  They have ample opportunities to bring Christ into conversations, share their faith, and serve and love their co-workers well.
