On April 8th, Lee spoke at the weekly Campus Crusade meeting at UNO. The main passage was John 18 where Jesus was arrested in the Garden of Gethsemane. If you’ve ever seen an episode of the show COPS, you know how an arrest typically happens: the police swarm in, the bad guy goes down, the community is safer. The arresting officers have all the authority, control, and power.

But Jesus’ arrest looked very different: He interrogates the over 600 soldiers, He identifies Himself and they all hit their knees, He informs them that all His disciples will be left alone. Even in His arrest He shows that He is in control!
