Just over a year ago an earthquake ravished Port-au-Prince, Haiti, but God is still moving. This year, the students at DCC gave over $30,000 of their own money to Feeding Children Everywhere–an organization that puts together meals for  starving people around the world. On December 29, the students assembled 104,000 meals that will be sent to people affected by the earthquake in Haiti.

“Assembling food bags for Haiti is awesome. I recently traveled to Haiti and saw the devastation firsthand. Packages of food like what we assemble are such a blessing. It is the only source of sustenance most people receive … I hope that through this experience God will open the eyes of all the students who attended DCC and stir their hearts to pray. Maybe God will give them a passion to continue helping.” – Courtney, Denver
