Every Thursday night, Lee goes to BWWs to eat fatty, cheap boneless wings, talk (well, scream) over the loud music and sporting events on TV, and sacrifice sleep to engage with students about everything from why parmesan garlic sauce is better than honey BBQ to how the NE Huskers will play on Saturday’s game to the latest milestone Uriah hit over the past week. It’s fun. It’s loud. It’s cheap. It’s an extrovert’s dream come true. More importantly, it’s a space where our students’ lost friends feel comfortable connecting. As a missions organization we have to always be thinking about the lost and how to help our students stay on mission. Students love it. We love it. It’s a win-win on all ends.
